THE DESIGN: Shirobei Akiyama, a Japanese doctor who practiced martial arts, stayed in China to study traditional medicine and fighting techniques. Back in Japan he didn't have the desired success and he retired in meditation for one hundred days. During a heavy snowfall he noticed that the branches of large, strong trees such as oak and cherry had snapped under the weight of the snow. Only one tree had resisted: the willow. Its supple branches bent and let the snow fall. Akiyama therefore had the intuition not to resist the reality of the facts. Compliance does not mean surrender. Willow with its flexibility drops snow and, having freed itself from its weight, returns to its original shape. If he wanted to resist, he would waste a lot of energy in a hopeless fight (he can never stop the snow). You bend your body and mind, and only then can you get back up.

THE PRODUCT: A morning coffee, five o'clock tea, a hot chocolate in front of the TV... this cup will always be perfect for any occasion! It's durable and glossy, and its print is microwave and dishwasher safe.

This product is created just for you as soon as you make the
your order, which is why delivery times are a little longer.
Sell products only to order (as opposed to the classic production of
mass) reduces overproduction and pollution . So thank you for having
made this wise purchase choice!

So given the longer production and shipping times, if you are buying something for a certain occasion, make the purchase well in advance (at least 14 days before).
