THE DESIGN: Janus is the Roman god of material and immaterial beginnings, the god who protects in passing moments. He is usually depicted with two faces (Janus Two-faced), one young and one old, as he is capable of looking at the past and future, beginning and end of everything at the same time. My reinterpretation of the Roman god depicts him as an elephant, a symbol of wisdom, acceptance, moderation, resilience which, instead, wants to remind us how important it is to be present now, free from the prisons of an already distant past and an unknown future.

• Air-jet yarn, soft to the touch and producing few pills
• Double layered hood with matching drawstrings
